Sri Lanka maintains a neutral diplomatic stance with the U.S. and Europe, making it a favorable re-export hub to avoid anti-dumping and countervailing duties on Chinese exports. With one of South Asia’s busiest ports—Colombo Port—offering advanced facilities, it supports standard re-export services such as temporary storage, repackaging, relabeling, and switching shipping documents.
Sri Lanka offers cost-effective logistics, especially suitable for large-volume, low-margin goods such as machinery, hardware, and building materials.
